Nik recently sold my parents home where they lived for 35 years until their recent passing. He worked tirelessly, holding numerous open houses and provided guidance on how to best show and price the home. Whenever an issue arose that needed attention such as repairs and improvements, he would call several contractors he had worked with and trusted, meet them at the house, get quotes for us and oversee the work. He even worked on some updates while he was on an overseas trip he had long planned.
