I met Nik through family members who have used Nik for selling, buying and renting homes. Since he came highly recommended by my trusted family, we reached out to Nik to help us research and find a home. It was a long process, but Nik was patient and worked with us at our pace. He would always be available for questions and showings, and have such quick responses. Whenever he showed us houses he would do his research about the home and neighborhood, give useful observations and opinions and provide interesting ideas about the homes. Highly recommend choosing Nik as your realtor! We worked with Nik to sell and buy simultaneously--a stressful situation in theory, but one that ended up working out almost perfectly! Nik used to live in the same community where I was selling. I chose him for that familiarity, and I'm glad that I did! Nik knows the market incredibly well, and he was able to balance his knowledge of real estate with what we wanted in a new home. He was always honest and frank--I felt confident that he was looking out for our best interests and not just a quick sale. He made sure we considered the long term picture and future sell-ability of our investment, and he was also able to make suggestions and even ballpark price estimates for the repairs and upgrades we would need to make in the houses we were considering. All of this was incredibly helpful in understanding the true potential (and cost!) of one house over the other. He was very accessible, just a text message away, and willing to work his schedule to get us into showings at the last minute--so important in this seller's market! After about 2 months working with Nik, we sold our condo within two days (and with multiple offers) and successfully had our offer accepted on our fantastic new house!

Nikolas is professional and very well versed in Real Estate. He ensured we maximized the traffic on our home by scheduling best in class photography and videography. He is extremely responsive and empathetic. I sincerely believe Nikolas maximized the value of our home and I wouldn't want to work with anyone else. Nik sold my townhouse rapidly... in a little over 2 weeks which included Christmas week! He staged it well, and made suggestions for improvements (e.g. new flooring in the family room) which were 'right on'. He was available to me at all times via phone, text and/or email. My asking price was on the high side of the comparable range , so I was comfortable accepting an offer for a little less. That said, I received the highest sales price in my townhome community to date. Nik is honest, forthright and very helpful. He takes the stress out of selling a home! I highly recommend him!
