We first met Marc Hitchcox when considering a mid-summer parting with our families’ vacation home in western Colorado. We found Marc well informed, knowledgeable, professional and most friendly. Not being physically in Colorado, we initiated the house sales contract on line. Marc always responded promptly to our questions or found the answers that we needed. He was most patient and accommodating, especially as we were unable close in person to oversee and ready the house for sale. We appreciated Marc’s support throughout the process; he was always ‘available’, reliable and on target!

Marc assisted us in selling one home which was only on the market for 9 days. He also assisted us in the purchase of another home. In the closing of the home we were purchasing there was a issue due to the state. Marc arranged through the seller for us to move in before closing. Marc kept us updated through the whole process so we always knew what was going on. I would highly recommend Marc for all of your real estate needs.
