Elise was wonderful from our first interaction, a true professional & genuinely nice person. I arrived in town unannounced. She juggled her schedule to accommodate my needs. We looked at 5 or 6 houses that first day. Though none of them was quite right for me, it gave Elise an idea of what I was looking for. A few days later she contacted me with another suggestion. It was almost perfect. Elise helped me through the process from making an offer, to wiring the final payment. She was on top of all the details & let me know what I needed to do each step of the way. Casey is a very kind person. She goes above and beyond the mandatory duties of a realtor. She really does try to facilitate to make real estate work for both the seller and buyer. With our last sell she came over and mowed the lawn prior to listing the home and was going to pay to blower out the sprinklers for the buyers. We have worked with Casey for 4 transactions. I’ve sold three properties in the past “By Owner” because my experience has been that most Realtors don’t really do much. Kerri and Sarah have changed my opinion about that. They are prompt, informed, courteous, and utterly professional.
I can’t recommend them more highly. If you’re looking to buy or sell property on the Western Slope, you would be hard pressed to find a better team.

Kerri and Sarah are truly the best. The ultimate dynamic duo! Kerri has the patience of a saint. In the end, she found us an off-market lot that will allow us to build exactly what we want, in the neighborhood we dreamed of. The lot itself didn’t bring her much commission, but you’d never know it from the effort she put in, she gave us just as much time, attention, and care as if we were buying a high-end home. She was always quick to respond to emails and questions, and more importantly, she (and Sarah) are just kind, genuine human beings.
We truly got everything we wanted, and I can’t recommend Kerri and Sarah enough. They’re professional, patient, and so easy to work with — the kind of people you’re just lucky to have on your side.
