It was almost perfect. Elise helped me through the process from making an offer, to wiring the final payment. She was on top of all the details & let me know what I needed to do each step of the way. Her dedication to her job made my life much easier. When I found myself without a vehicle after an accident, she picked me up at the hotel, helped me navigate the grocery store, & brought me to my new home. That was definitely beyond the call of duty.
