Matt was amazing. He was with me every step of the way. Matt is an extremely hard worker and absolutely went above and beyond to help me through this entire process which was a huge mess for my grandmothers estate.
Matt helped facilitate a junk removal company, home renovators, and charity companies to remove everything before having the house on the market. Matt even went behind the cleaning company to touch up a few things to make the house look better for showing.
Once on the market we had too many bids to choose from thanks to Matt and all his hard work. Matt kept me very up to date on every step of the process and helped me at closing as well. Matt was with us every step of the way - starting with helping us identify neighborhoods in Montgomery County where we thought we might like to live, setting up appointments for us to look at apartments, and reviewing the lease agreement before we signed. He worked with us to develop a high level timeline for emptying the house, listening to our concerns and needs the entire time. After we moved to the apartment, he did the legwork to find charities that would pick up the big items we left behind. He provided a reference for us to compare with other companies to do the renovations in the house, and identified the staging company we used, as well as the photographer to take the professional photos used in the listing. He listened to our thoughts as to the listing price. Once the listing was live, he fielded all the offers, providing us with a very clear and easy to use worksheet comparing the offers - it was obvious at a glance which one we would accept - the one above list price with no contingencies! Matt is an outstanding realtor who really goes above and beyond for his customers when he can. He is will to step out of his comfort zone, willing to push for your needs, listens to all your concerns, offers sage advice, and really tries to make sure you get what you want out of your new home. He calls you at all hours on your schedule when you need help and always tries to put you first. He makes himself available for all sorts of absurd requests and treats you like royalty, never making you feel bad for borderline abusing his services.
