Working with Shari on the sell of our home, came with easy communications throughout the entire process. Her knowledge of East Texas market and all the real estate we were competing with was quite an advantage. We were clearly steered in the right direction to begin the selling journey in the most competitive way. From dealing with potential buyers to other realtors, Shari was always very prompt at keeping us informed with any feedback that was beneficial in completing a sale. When we decided to sell our house I asked a trusted friend to make a recommendation on a realtor and she gave me Shari’s name. Shari is friendly and professional and has a sense of humor. She was great! We asked her advice on updates before listing and she gave us great advice which we took and it definitely helped us get top dollar. Shari did an amazing job from day 1. She went above and beyond In order to make the Sale of my home happen. Shari is a fantastic realtor! She is listens to what your needs are and puts it to action. Even when there are kinks in the road, she handles them! She is very patient and understanding. As a realtor she does this daily as a client we do not so its very emotional and she was there to calm my emotions. She sold my house within a day and found me the house I was looking for in the country!
