Tiffany is attentive, detail-oriented, and highly knowledgeable about residential real estate in Tyler. She helped us purchase a spec home in Tyler. The home was under construction when we entered into the contract with the builder. Tiffany ensured we knew what to expect at every step of the process, and consistently took the initiative to follow up with us, the builder's realtor, and the various other parties (title, surveyor, bank, etc.) on the multitude of open items that come with building and purchasing a home. Since we lived in a different city than the new home, Tiffany (without being asked) would take the time to go by the home each week (sometimes more) and send us photos and updates. She is an organized, kind professional who truly goes above and beyond for her clients.

We could not have asked for a better realtor than Tiffany Acker! We moved to East Texas from out of state, and she helped make the entire process so much easier on our family. Tiffany Acker is the kind of agent everyone should have in their corner, but few are lucky enough to get! My husband and I found a home that convinced us that we needed to put our house on the market, even though we were both very hesitant. After two days on the market and only a handful of showings our house sold for full ask with a back up contract. We were thrilled! However the house we had hoped to purchase had some major red flags. Tiffany worked through a very complicated mess to make sure that my husband and I weren’t bankrupted with a home that had been sitting open for years. Then made sure to find us all the options that were on the market, and made herself available to see whatever we wanted. We found the perfect home because of her! The best agent we have ever work with!

Hace mucho tiempo my esposa y yo viviamos en el este de Texas, pero tuvimos que reubicarnos lejos de aqui por un largo tiempo. Parte de nuestras familias viven en esta area y nosotros siempre consideramos el este de Texas(Tyler) como nuestro hogar. Sabiamos que cuando fuera tiempo de retirarnos queriamos volver a "casa." Finalmente el tiempo llego y una de las cosas mas importantes para poder regresar era encontrar la casa indicada que seria nuestro hogar. Durante nuestras preparaciones para nuestro regreso, un amigo nos recomendo a Tiffany como agente de bienes raices, asi que decidimos llamarle. Desde la primera vez que hablamos con Tiffany y le explicamos nuestra situation y lo que queriamos, Tiffany siempre fue muy optimista y dispuesta a ayudar. Al principio fuimos un poco escepticos y pensamos que Tiffany era asi porque solo "queria hacer su venta," pero la realidad era otra. Tiffany also sold another commercial property for us in less than two months that had been listed with another agent for over a year. Tiffany is amazing!! We just purchased a home from out of state and from beginning to end the process with Tiffany was flawless. She helped us with all our concerns, questions, and went above and beyond to show us homes even going as far as brining other family’s similar in age and dynamic as ours to go tour homes with her so they could help us get good feedback on how each home was. She has been incredibly generous with her time and constantly helping check up on the home for us. As it was a new construction she communicated everything that needed to be done with the builder and we never had to worry about a single thing. She has been incredible! I couldn’t recommend her enough. We will absolutely be using her again in the future.

She worked very hard and at all hours of the day to get this done. She hired a photographer to get the best pictures of my condo. It presented the property very well. It was priced to sell.
