Tiffany did an awesome job with coming up with a gameplan on how to reach our goal of selling my house. We were able to reach agreements on both of our concerns of selling the house as I had a unique situation to attended to as I was not moving to a new location within the local area. I was not interested in forwarding any of my belongs to a future location. Tiffany had her hands full of actually everything, she listed the house perfectly so it would gather the attention of potential buyers, she staged the house so it would impress any lookers and because the photos that were taken. I believe she had a hand of drawing in many visitors to view my house as they would have normally moved on to the next property of interest for them. Then within a week or so, there were several competitive offers made. I am so pleased as Tiffany helped me sell the house, but because of her contacts, she was able to introduce me to the correct businesses and people who help me to sell all of my belongings. With the selling of my house, I gave Tiffany a challenge and because of the knowledge of the industry, she worked her craftsmanship and I believe we received Top Dollar for my house even in a bear market. Tiffany work hard narrowing down our homes to look at, In fact she was so good we only physically toured one house and signed an offer the next day. She was SUPER organized especially all of the title paper work required now due to recent changes in regulations. NEVER FAILED to repy to our numerous questions and info we needed from the seller's agent!!
We strongly recommend Tiffany especially as the buyers agent! Lot of discussion now days in the news about ability to negotiate the traditional 6% fees for property sale/purchase. In our purchase..she should have gotten the full 6%....EVEN MORE!

I met Tiffany at an Open House and it was a match made in heaven. She helped find a house that met all my needs. Then she helped find a buyer for my property within 3 weeks! She walked me through each step because I had never done this since my husband died. She really held my hand. Anytime I reached out to her she either answered immediately or returned my call within 15 minutes. I don’t plan on ever moving again but if I do there is no doubt I will use Tiffany!
