She worked very hard and at all hours of the day to get this done. She hired a photographer to get the best pictures of my condo. It presented the property very well. It was priced to sell. My husband and I were first time home buyers and Tiffany made the entire process very easy for us. She did a lot of hand holding and answered 100 questions. She is the queen of quick communication, any time we needed her she was ready to jump in and help. We bought our home while living out of state, and she was extremely thorough showing us every aspect of the interior and exterior parts of all the homes. She has walked me and my wife thru each step to have a survey completed
with property marked and registered with Smith County. With medical
scheduling and other problems we were able to close on the property the
