Tiffany work hard narrowing down our homes to look at, In fact she was so good we only physically toured one house and signed an offer the next day. She was SUPER organized especially all of the title paper work required now due to recent changes in regulations. NEVER FAILED to repy to our numerous questions and info we needed from the seller's agent!!
We strongly recommend Tiffany especially as the buyers agent! Lot of discussion now days in the news about ability to negotiate the traditional 6% fees for property sale/purchase. In our purchase..she should have gotten the full 6%....EVEN MORE!

I’ve had the great pleasure of working closely with Tiffany for the past 3 months selling our Lakehouse. From our initial meeting, I felt at ease with her and knew she would do everything to help us sell our property and get the best price. She has been so easy to work with, she has kept in constant contact with me during the entire process and advocated for us every step of the way. She is positive and energetic about what she does in every way.

Tiffany has also gone the extra mile several times by going over to the house to handle some issues that came up, fix something or just be there when needed.

I met Tiffany at an Open House and it was a match made in heaven. She helped find a house that met all my needs. Then she helped find a buyer for my property within 3 weeks! She walked me through each step because I had never done this since my husband died. She really held my hand. Anytime I reached out to her she either answered immediately or returned my call within 15 minutes. I don’t plan on ever moving again but if I do there is no doubt I will use Tiffany! She is the best of the best!!!

Tiffany is a bulldog of an agent- with velvet gloves. She looked out for me, protected me and always did the best in representing me. This was the first house that I’ve bought since my husband passed and there were mixed emotions; Tiffany understood that and checked on me frequently to be sure that I was holding up. This deal was also complicated by the heirship and we found out the property I owned wasn’t a clear title. Tiffany dug her heels in and just didn’t let up. She made sure that everyone was doing their job on a timely basis. Therefore, we closed on our closing date which was a miracle! I wasn’t even looking for a realtor when I met Tiffany; I just went to an Open House where she was the agent. I ended up staying for an hour and visiting with her, her mom and sister. God just put us together. I don’t (ever!) plan on buying another house, but if I do there is no doubt that I’ll be using Tiffany.

It's hard to put in to words how great Tiffany is and how grateful I am for having had her as our realtor. Our family was in a really tough situation and I needed to get my parents closer to me in Florida. This was an overwhelming task with lots of challenges above and beyond the typical situation one could imagine. There were a lot of things that needed to be accomplished to get the home ready for sale even after my parents were moved out . With me being in Florida and my parents home in Tyler I didn't know how I was going to do it. Having Tiffany there took tons of stress off of me. She was more than happy to help with anything I asked and went way above and beyond helping with things I wouldn't have asked of a typical realtor. She never made me feel like it was an inconvenience even though I knew it probably was. She is just a great person that isn't afraid of going the extra mile to get the job done. If you are looking for an outstanding realtor, look no further. Tiffany knows her stuff and will help you through the process of buying a home every step of the way. My husband and I were first time home buyers and unfamiliar with the process but Tiffany was always great at explaining everything to us. She is a go getter and will advocate for you in any requirements you may have. We were a bit particular in what we wanted in a home and she was very patient with us in our search. Tiffany was excellent at making herself available when we requested a showing and proactive in finding out answers to any questions we had on a property. She is incredibly kind and professional which made the experience all the more great and I could not recommend her enough!
