James Scheper

I highly recommend using James for any real estate needs you have in the state of South Carolina. To say he goes the extra yard is an understatement. I had entered an agreement with my oldest grandson for a sale of land and a travel trailer. After 17 months he wanted out and asked if he could sell. I agreed and James listed the property. It was contracted quickly and a death in the buyers family delayed the closing for a period of time. James kept us updated daily. When the closing was scheduled the buyer contacted his agent and told him of a "hell of a mess" on the acreage he was buying. My grandson simply left a mountain of trash. James contacted him and my grandson basically told him he was broke and it was not his problem. James took it upon himself to get a truck, make several trips to the county dump and ensure acreage was in suitable condition to conclude the sale. He did this at his own risk, and expended about $300.00 Again, my grsndson thought it was his problem. I did reemburse James, but he had not expected it. This is above and beyond and reflects the quality of agent he is.

James was amazing at walking us through our first home buying experience. He was super oriented around what we wanted, not what he thought was the best sell. He was there every step of the way and my favorite part is that he gave his honest opinions as a professional while still letting us find our perfect home. I will absolutely be using James again if we ever decide to move.
