Brian did an amazing job, spotted issues in many houses and used a wide body of knowledge to help us understand and after helping us patiently search for over a year he was able to help us seal the deal on a beautiful home & we couldn’t be happier with the advice and responsiveness over the whole process.

He began the process with a thorough and detailed explanation of what all would happen throughout the home buying experience. He provided us documents of the steps to take and a faux contract to understand what that would look like and explained each step thoroughly.

He was incredibly quick to respond to us and scheduled showings immediately, he was incredibly flexible and accommodating.

The area I want to call attention to most was his friendly and punctual assistance. My fiancé and I are very nervous homebuyers and we each time we were concerned or didn’t understand something in the closing process he would calm our nerves and offer friendly, professional guidance. We viewed, offered, and closed on our home in under 60 days.

We COULD NOT have accomplished purchasing our first home without Brian’s help. I could not recommend his services more, he is the bar at which all realtors should measure themselves.
