Genelle was extremely helpful, proactive and genuine. This was my first time selling a home and Genelle reassured my husband and I what was in our best interest during what could be a stressful process. My mom used Dave to sell her house, and he helped her sell in a few short weeks. Of course, we used his services when we decided to sell our home. He helped us know what we needed to do to make it more marketable, as he had a plan on how to gain the most interest. We had two offers within three days, and our house was sold in less than a week AT ASKING PRICE. We highly recommend Dave for any of your realty needs. He's very communicative and has a great understanding of the market.

Brian was outstanding as a real estate agent. There is a lot to get in to here. He began the process with a thorough and detailed explanation of what all would happen throughout the home buying experience. He provided us documents of the steps to take and a faux contract to understand what that would look like and explained each step thoroughly.

Brian was a top-notch realtor, and I would absolutely recommend going with Brian for your next home search! As a first-time buyer, Brian was extremely patient and transparent throughout the entire process. Not only was he extremely responsive, but he was always willing to come out to us in Oak Park during our buying process.
