Mary is such a gem! She went above and beyond for our family. We moved half way across the country with our family in 3 seperate states for 2 months. She checked in with us regularly to ensure everyone was doing as well as possible given the circumstances. We endured a few trials and tribulations during our house sale, however, Mary was prompt and informative on what our next best move would be and how to over come turbulence. She is professional and so understanding of clients wants and needs and made sure everything was up to our expectations and then some. Mary is an 11/10!

Mary was wonderful. My partner and I were in desperate need for housing in Wisconsin Rapids. We stumbled upon her listing for another house. We found our house online and immediately scheduled a virtual viewing. Mary helped us talk through how we wanted to set up an offer for the house. She was very knowledgeable on everything we asked as being first time home buyers. We ended up beating out 6 other offers on the house with the aggressive suggestions from Mary. 10/10 will use Mary when the time comes to sell our house. I dealt with Mary over a period of approximately three months as our church was willed a house by one of our members who passed away this past summer. It was obvious from the very beginning that she was working very hard to sell the house. She did all the legwork necessary to get the house ready for sale and to better educate us on the process. I found her to be very knowledgeable about the current real estate market in our area. She also was extremely responsive to our needs in a very timely fashion. Lastly, it was at Mary's advice that we settle on a price which turned out to be right where we needed to be in order to sell the house, with all things considered. I would highly recommend Mary to any party looking to sell a home or business in the future. Her integrity is second to none!
