Pam Pelletier

Pam has been wonderful as our agent. This began weeks before we even moved to Virginia from Northern Michigan. We had phone conversations and she would even go to potential houses and do a FaceTime walk through. On occasion, she even did this with my oldest daughter and son-in-law. Since we purchased our house a year ago, she has persistently been our advocate to assure certain things were taken care of by the builder in the agreed time. To put it simply, Pam, has gone far beyond what we would have expected. We always felt she didn't just protect our back, she was always right beside us and we could always count on her to jump in and do anything she could. I guess it is clear, in our experience, we would give Pam the highest recommendation.

Pam is truly exceptional! She goes above and beyond to help the customer. She brings excellence and has a work ethic beyond compare. Pam staged our home with care and professionalism. We had 3 offers within 4 days! She was very knowledgeable about each step of the selling process. Having Pam as a realtor made it an enjoyable experience instead of a stressful one. Pam was so easy to work with. When I contacted Pam she made time to sit and discuss what we were looking for in a new home! This was great, she than had all the info she needed to look for us and boy did she look and only sent us homes that were spot on for our needs! She was there as needed but was not pushy! She was helpful, kind , patient and professional. She made the home buying process so easy for us. She is full of valuable information and if she didn't know the answer she found out and got back to me quickly. She had a way of making me feel all my questions were just as important to her as they were to me!
It was wonderful that she had her daughter Cassie working with her and could fill in when she was out of town. It was a pleasure to work with Pam and I highly recommend her to buy or sell your home. With Pam I wouldn't think twice about signing a buyers or sellers agreement. She was honest and worked hard.
