Kristin was excellent! We contacted her about a property and she showed it right away. She found answers to all our questions quickly. She negotiated our purchase offer very well. When we had some issues with the inspection, she resolved them smoothly and to our great satisfaction. She prepared us for the closing well ahead of time. The closing was timely and went very well. She worked with JJW Law on the closing and financials. They were also excellent.

We recently completed our second transaction with Tammy's representation. When we discovered the property online we knew immediately we wanted Tammy to be the agent for us based on our past experience with her. She did not disappoint! She made herself available by phone even though she was on personal time out of town. She arranged for another agent (Brad, also a delight) to meet us on our timetable and show us the property, but she immediately jumped in to orchestrate our offer, contract, and purchase.
