WE WERE PURCHASING A HOME REMOTELY AND MET NUMEROUS CHALLENGES ALONG THE WAY. DOROTHY WAS A RELIABLE SOURCE OF COMMUNICATION, RESPONSIVENESS, AND CALMNESS. I can't say enough about Dorothy, and I am not sure that there is a word that fully describes her ability, knowledge, drive and determination to find us a home. Dorothy made herself available to us everyday on short notice when I contacted her that we would be coming to the area from out of state for 10 days to find that home. She was there to guide us through the whole process, from her excellent negotiation skills to up to our closing and beyond! Dorothy was always available to us with quick response times and was a great resource for other things that we needed in reference to our sale, such as excellent contractors, inspectors, etc. Dorothy has a treasure trove of excellent resources but let us decide who best met our needs to hire. I feel that Dorothy is not only an agent that I would personally recommend and use again, she has become a friend through this process. Thank you Dorothy!!

I honestly can't say enough about Dorothy, so professional and highly knowledgeable of her craft. She is honest and a straight shooter, which is a rare commodity in today's world. And that's just part of it , Dorothy went so far and above any real estate agent my wife and I ever worked with, no other has even been remotely close. Ultimately, we decided to buy the house we saw first, and she represented the sellers and us.
