Jenny was absolutely amazing!! As out-of-state buyers, we relied heavily on her knowledge, experience, and efficiency. She did several potential home walk throughs for us and videoed them so we could see also. She took pictures and explained details that pictures couldn't show. Jenny always answered our many, many questions with patience and kindess!! She answered texts and phone calls at all hours of the day and also on weekends!! When we finally made it to town, she took time out of her day off to show us the house we had chosen. I can't speak highly enough of her!! Jenny was amazing from start to finish. She lined up all of the homes that we wanted to see in a timely manner and we were able to see all the homes we were interested in on the same day which was awesome so that we could compare and contrast the different things that we liked or disliked about each home. I am a first time home buyer, and this was a really scary and exciting experience for me. Jenny was there for me every step of the way. She answered all my questions, no matter how late it was! I lived 2 hours away from the home I purchased, and she acted as a great liaison between me and the seller. There was never a lapse in communication or situational awareness about repairs or contractual agreements.
