Angie was our realtor 11 years ago and again this year. She helped my wife and I purchase our first home as a family and just recently helped us again to sell our old home and purchase our new one. She was incredibly amazing to work with. She always had our best interests in mind and advocated for us when needed. She is very knowledgeable from her years of experience and knows the area well. She was always quick to respond at a reasonable time, and if she didn't know the answer, she was resourceful in getting the answers we needed. Angie was very professional, but very, very friendly and easy to work with. She did a great job and I was able to sell my house very very quickly (which was very important to me) at almost at the price that we asked. My brother and I were tasked with emptying and then selling our childhood home. During that process our Mom passed away. Angie was sensitive to our situation and very helpful with our preparations months before the house even went on the market. She understands the Lynchburg market and made the selling process very easy for us. Our family highly recommends her!

Angie did a fantastic job of helping me find and purchase a house despite being out of town. She communicated well with me and with the seller's agent. She was quick to answer any questions I had regarding the process and find out information I requested about the house. I would definitely use her services again if I were to purchase another home.

Angie Smith helped us buy a tract of land. Angie worked with us through 2 easements, getting signatures from land owner, neighbor of land owner and the local power cooperative. She showed us many many many land parcels. We live in South Carolina which made her tasks even more difficult. She is very communicative through text and email, which made the land buying process go very smoothly, even with the 2 easements as part of the deed transfer. My wife and I highly recommend Angie Smith.

Angie was great from start to finish in helping sell our home in Lynchburg. Angie walked us thru the process every step of the way and handled everything that came up like the pro she is!! Angie got us multiple offers in the 1st weekend and was able to secure and sell our home for exactly what we were hoping for!!

Angie is one of the best realtors in the area. As first time home buyers we were struggling to find properties we could afford. Angie stepped up and helped us really figure out our budget and connected us with an amazing lender! We put in lots of offers and Angie worked tirelessly with us until we found a home! Once we moved it she helped us to find a handyman and a plumber! Her recommendations were wonderful and we have found some quality people through her. If I ever need someone to fix something or renovate I always go to Angie first because I trust her opinion and she works with individuals that have the same work ethic as her!
