Cari was an excellent realtor. She was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, good natured, and professional in every manner. We spent days looking at numerous houses, and she never lost her energy or pleasant smile. She was super knowledgeable about the Olympia Lacey Tumwater area, and was willing to show houses that were outside her area as I was not sure where I wanted to buy a house at. The closing was flawless as was all the document processing. Her taste is impeccable. I can see why she came highly recommended, and now I am happy to recommend her to others as well . It was a real pleasure working with Cari. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house, in the right neighborhood, for the right price. She was patient as we traveled through many cities and looking through numerous different styles and types of homes. Cari is extremely responsive to us and was always available to visit houses with us, despite our very busy work schedule.

Cari was excellent to work with. She was very prompt in responding to our questions and keeping us updated on the progress. Our home was an estate sale which was worrisome to us but Cari handled everything and really made this whole process as smooth as possible! Cari is very knowledgeable about the local market and has helped me in two transactions of purchasing and one transaction of selling. She helped make my transition from out of state very easy four years ago and this time helped me to sell that home that I had purchased and procure another home. Her communication and response time is excellent. She goes above and beyond, communicating very frequently with you over the years after transactions and offering any support such as referrals you need for various services at your home. She is just terrific to work with!

I came in from out of state to sell my mother's house. Cari understood all the constraints I was under, including minimizing my trips to Olympia, not spending too much to fix up the house, getting the house emptied, shipping some items to NY, etc. It fell on her to keep an eye on the estate sale, donation, house and carpet cleaning, etc., and she was very reliable and very helpful when I was not around. She was very good also at keeping me informed and being available to answer my questions along the way. At the beginning, she prepared a good market analysis and provided a notebook of resources that was professional. As a woman, I wanted to work with another female, who was respectful and collegial. Cari was an excellent find, and I would recommend her highly.

We could not be moving satisfied with her professional demeanor, knowledge of extreme skill at handling our fears , confusion and frustrations throughout!! So sorry that we won’t have for our next (out of state) purchase. We even suggested she get together with our son!!!!
