Bret helped my daughter and I find a starter house (for daughter and roommate) in LaCrosse, WI. She put up with a lot, including a limited price range, limited area, etc., and even though we had a couple of house purchases NOT happen in a very hot & fast moving market, she stuck with us and we got the job done! She has checked back with us after purchase (not a usual expectation of an agent), and she has assisted us with recommendations to get significant work done on the house after purchase. We would highly recommend Bret to anyone in her area!

Bret was our first Realitor we have ever delt with, and an exceptional first at that. She made the process as simple and easy as she had the power to. The financial company we delt with was a real pain in the rear, but no matter what problems we had or what questions we had Bret was always there to answer and try to figure out any solutions she could even if it wasn’t her problem. She has become a family friend through the whole house buying process and we are so thankful that we had her as our Realitor! Bret was amazing to work with. From the very start she was responsive and willing to work with us on finding a home. We moved from a different state, so finding time to travel to the area had to be a little more spontaneous than normal. She was game!

It gave us so much reassurance as first time home buyers to have a realtor that understood our needs, was honest, humble and reliable. Being a mom herself, she helped us as if we were family and her kids, which made us feel even better.

We recommend her to anyone, especially families looking for a home.

There is not enough stars!
We were ready to sell our beloved house. We were given Bret Doll's name and from the 1st meeting with her, we were friends. Bret is so personal and knowledgeable about her passion for helping people - if it's selling their house; helping people moving - finding movers, to helping people get their house in order; or small repairs that need to be done to get top dollar for your house. That is the Bret Doll we know!!

Communcation was never a problem - Bret kept us so well informed about everything and answered questions in a timely matter. She would come over when I was packing to make sure if there was anything she could help me with.
She was great at checking our schedule when someone wanted to see our house.

I can't say enough positive things about Bret Doll - professional, dedicated, knowledgeable. smart, fantastic and we are proud to call her a friend! We would highly recommend her!

Brett went over and beyond! She found my family our dream house! Anytime I needed her she was at my beckoning call. She worked late at night and was there for me early the next morning! Not only is she the best realtor ever, she became my bestfriend! She is the only one, who I will recommend, for all realty needs!

From the beginning to the end, Bret has been extremely patient and helpful. I am a first home buyer, and I had no idea what I was doing or getting myself into. Bret directed and guided me into the right directions. The seller tried to back out on the day before closing but Bret worked some magic and got the seller to stick to their guns.

We knew we made the right decision in choosing Bret as our realtor on day one. She did an amazing job of listening to what we were looking for and finding those properties. Bret was very knowledgeable on what the houses would need for approval for a VA home loan and walked us through every step. For a process that is as stressful as home buying she made sure she did everything in her power to relieve some of that stress! When we found “The Home” Bret was there at any time to answer our questions as well as keep us on track with any and all paperwork. We know without a doubt this experience wouldn’t have been as amazing without her!
