Tina went above and beyond to assist us in finding the perfect home as well as selling our prior home and all the preparation that entailed. Overall, she was responsive, easy to work with, and it felt she really cared about us and had our best interests in mind. Tina had a “get it done” attitude and if she could not do something herself she did not need coaxing to find out who could. Selling and buying homes is always stressful but Tina was an excellent guide through the process and was a confident and encouraging supporter all along the way.

Tina was fun to work with she did a great job in responding to questions or concerns with the house i bought. I sold my previous house and closed on my new one all in the same day! It was easygoing all transactions went smoothly with Tina going out of her way to even let my moving team in ahead of me getting there. She's a fantastic realtor and I highly recommend her. I would give her 10 stars if it were an option. She also has called me several times to see how things were going and even just recently called to see if she could bake me a pie for Thanksgiving. Tina is so much more than just a realtor! She’s a helping hand and a friendly face! Tina has gone above and beyond for us with both our home purchases. We will also be using her when we sell. She always has our best interest in mind. She is honest about all flaws at properties but also a great resource on how to fix/improve a property. Both our properties were fixer uppers and Tina was always willing to help and give us ideas. She is very, genuine, patient, responsive, responsible, knowledgeable about loans, the process of buying a home, rentals, great at negotiating and problem solving, and everything in between. We had some Large hiccups in our road and Tina was there to guide us through it all and help in so many ways. Every sell/buy is personal for her and she will make sure you feel valued. Tina may have started as our realtor but has became a friend. Choose Tina! We did and it was the best decision we made.
