I had an absolutely incredible experience buying my new home with Nancy DellaVecchio. After several months of searching for the right home, I found the house of my dreams. Nancy & I went to view the home 1 hour after it went on the market - I knew it was the home for me. I had a few questions about the property and Nancy immediately called the owner's agent. She learned that 2 offers were being submitted that day. I decided to offer above the asking price. Nancy guided me through a competitive offer process with expert advice. She suggested I be "creative" with my offer and recommended I submit a letter to the owners along with my offer. Twenty-four hours later, with 7 offers submitted (mine wasn't even the highest), Nancy got the call - my offer had been accepted! She was at the airport waiting for her flight to Italy to attend her daughter's wedding. Although she had arranged for an associate to work with me while she was in Italy, Nancy handled the entire home purchasing process - from communications with the closing attorney, loan officer, owner's agent and me - while overseas! I can't say enough about Nancy's professionalism and uncanny ability to get the job done - no matter the challenge. If you want a reliable, trustworthy and dedicated real estate agent, I cannot recommend Nancy DellaVecchio highly enough! love my new home and have Nancy to thank!

Nancy was sending me listings for over one year… And was always there to answer my questions on different properties… There were times when I wanted an in-ground pool… And I didn’t want an HOA… I am a realtor in Pennsylvania is selling real estate for 36 years… I could honestly say she never got tired or impatient… In the end I bought a house that was in an HOA… No private pool… Nancy was there before… During the negotiations… Her true expertise stood out! Smooth transaction! Just when I thought Nancy couldn't do a better job, she came through again! Not only did Nancy handle the sale of my house flawlessly, she made the purchase of my new home a smooth transaction. Nancy was able to help me find the perfect home. The neighborhood and neighbors are great. The community is awesome, everything my wife was looking for. The house itself, is very welcoming. My wife and I could see ourselves living there almost immediately. Moving day and the day before settlement, we had a blizzard, 2 feet+ of heavy, wet snow. While I was in a panic, Nancy kept me grounded with her calm voice of reason. I can hear that voice every day telling me to be positive. I couldn't have gotten through it without her. Excellent , Committed, Thorough and Knowledgeable. Nancy did a great job supporting us to sell our home in Rehoboth beach This included the marketing, home preparation and staging upfront. She did a great job with our buyers and supported many of the last minute fixes needed to complete a closing. We highly recommend Nancy!
