This letter will serve as my very high letter of recommendation for Real Estate Agent ErinAnn Beebe of NextHome Tomorrow Realty in Lewes, DE. She assisted me with the sale of my vacation home in Bethany Beach, DE in March 2021. My primary home is located in Maryland and there were complex tax/capital gains issues we had to address. ErinAnn walked me through these issues. I have worked with many real estate brokers and agents on several real estate transactions over the years and can say with confidence that ErinAnn is the best agent/broker I have ever used. ErinAnn has the qualities that make her extremely successful and effective. I can't say enough about her professionalism and knowledge within the industry. She has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the client's best interests in mind. My real estate transaction was small in the scheme of things and ErinAnn treated me with the same professionalism and courtesies one would expect for a very large transaction. She gets to the point quickly, yet professionally, always respecting the client's time. She does a great job of listening to her client's needs. She does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property and then negotiates effectively with the opposing agent on behalf of the client. She is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to late night emails close to midnight. She shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. Our transaction went very smoothly and we closed on time. As mentioned above, she represented me on the seller side of the transaction. I also would not hesitate to use her if I was in the market to purchase or sell another home. She is very smart and transactions can occasionally become very complex. I have the highest level of confidence in her and feel she would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution. You can't go wrong with someone as knowledgeable and straightforward as ErinAnn.

Erin was highly recommended by a friend of mine who used to live in the same neighborhood, and stated that Erin was a huge help with her housing needs. Throughout the process of selling our own home, Erin was very knowledgeable about the entire process and extremely helpful as she answered our numerous questions. ErinAnn did an amazing job of selling our home. She walked us through the entire process and gave us the grace of time as we made decisions. We owned a 120 year old home in a market that new homes are more common than old and not everyone understands or appreciates what can come with an old home. Erin did. She helped us to highlight features of the house that she thought added charm and character and helped us to ensure that we listed the things that needed to be addressed, so that there were not any surprises. We wanted to sell, but we were not in a "rush" as we have an immunocompromised child and we needed to be able to ensure that when we sold we were able to do so in a very safe manner. We did not need to tell her what the protocols would be related to hand sanitizing and COVID protocols, as she already had a plan that was presented to us. Again, we were in a unique situation as we wanted to make sure the house sold, but we needed to do so in a way to keep our kiddo safe. Erin helped us to stage the house, recommended things such as a pre-inspection and helped to coordinate the few repairs that we agreed to do. ErinAnn went above and beyond when our house had a tenable offer the weekend it was listed by helping us to connect with someone with a house for rent, who was willing to rent to us for a short time frame. I highly recommend working with ErinAnn and her team to ensure that your house gets sold to the right buyer.

Erin is an absolute delight to work with. She took care of everything!!! The network of people that she has built up to help through all details needed and work to be completed is exceptional. As a seller, I did not have to try and hunt down a bunch of contractors and companies needed to complete work. Erin had multiple contacts that were more than willing to get the work done in the time needed. My stress level was much lower than it would have been if I were the one doing it all. Erin is magnificent, and every contractor and connection I've had with the people she works with was wonderful!

I had an absolutely incredible experience buying my new home with Nancy DellaVecchio. After several months of searching for the right home, I found the house of my dreams. Nancy & I went to view the home 1 hour after it went on the market - I knew it was the home for me. I had a few questions about the property and Nancy immediately called the owner's agent. She learned that 2 offers were being submitted that day. I decided to offer above the asking price. Nancy guided me through a competitive offer process with expert advice.
