We listed our five-acre horse ranch in rural Acton with Carolan during a time with high interest rates and a slow market. Carolan was a consummate professional from day one. She produced what I think an award-winning video. She advised us on small improvements we could make to the home to help market it. When the ranch sold it was a long escrow which is where Carolan especially excelled. She was unbelievably patient during a long and difficult escrow that tested everyone's sanity. Carolan Galizia is AWESOME!!! We weren't sure at first whether to hire her because of her young age and our perception of her inexperience. That changed quickly. Carolan was awesome!! It was stressful to try and buy a home in such a crazy market, but she was a true fighter when we were up against several different offers. She even got our offer accepted when we weren't even the highest one. Her responsiveness was especially appreciated throughout the entire escrow period.
