Ken was referred to us thru Veterans United. We lived in San Antonio, saw a house in Lubbock we really liked and wanted to see it. Ken contacted us and we scheduled a weekend to drive up and tour some homes. He recommended a hotel for us. We met him at his office, and he gave us a biography book on him, pretty cool, and a pamphlet with 4 houses we were to tour that evening. He drove us around, even cooler, showed us the 4 homes. The next morning, ken picked us up at the hotel, that is what I call service and gave us another pamphlet with more houses to look at. Total of 10 homes that day. He took us to a great hole in the wall BBQ place, yummy, for lunch. After the 10 homes and the 4 the day before, we knew which home we wanted. after discussing it on our way back to San Antonio, we called Ken and put in an offer on the house we now live in.
