Ken always takes very good care of us buying or selling. He understands what we want and will always goes above and beyond to make sure we find the home we want no matter how many houses we need to look at before we choose the one! My wife and I have had an amazing time using Ken. He has made the process of buying a house far less stressful and as easy as it can be. We found out before starting out look for a house that we were growing our family, and Ken was helpful to find us what we were looking for quickly. More importantly he worked for our best interests and moved the process forward giving us the information we needed promptly and with advice that comes from an experienced realtor. Ken Harlan helped me with a Lubbock, TX property that my mother had lived in. As I was unfamiliar with the Lubbock market, Ken's input was EXTREMELY helpful. He advised me on how to prepare the property for sale, how to handle it during the sale process, and additionally handled on site problems while I was out of the area. I have no doubt that I netted more at closing (after all fees etc.) than I would have had I gone the "for sale by owner" route. His efforts were in excess of what I expected, so I would hire him as my realtor again.

Ken was great! He made the process of selling and buying our new home such a breeze. He was very honest with us on what to do with our old home to get it ready to sell. We had a few hiccups from potential buyers but it wasn't anything we did wrong. Ken made sure we had all the information we needed to move forward once we had a buyer on the old house. It was very quick closing date but he made sure we had all paperwork in a timely manner.
It is because of Ken that our house sold so quickly(20 day) 1 of those weeks was Christmas. He also made sure in our new house that it was going to be good to go for us. He listened to what we wanted and made sure we could make it happen
Thank you so much Ken. You are truly an amazing realtor. I'd recommend him for any house selling and/or buying needs.

Ken Harlan was amazing!. He went above and beyond in the sale of my rent property. He did everything he said he would do. I needed someone to clean up and do repairs and he recommended someone to me. He was very professional and had it sold in a timely manner (less than two months). I would highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend that if anyone is looking for a house they use Ken Harland. He understands what you are looking and does his absolute best to find you the home you want. He wont stop looking until yall are satisfied with a house.

Ken understood the needs to find a house that would fit a 3 generation household. He even helped with the long distance house tours via face time. He was patient with answering questions from all the generations and getting all the forms filled out.

Ken Harlan was selected to sell my Dad’s property based upon a recommendation from a family member that knows him. That choice proved to be an excellent one, based upon my experiences with him. From our initial visit, he communicated with me regularly and promptly at every step in the property evaluation, listing and ultimately the selling process. He took a genuine interest in the property and its potential market value. He responded to calls and emails very promptly.

Once the property was listed, there was an offer almost immediately which proved to be a sale. He was very helpful in guiding me through the required steps I needed to take prior to closing. He allowed me as much time needed to answer all the questions I had, all the way through the selling process. His dealings with me were at all times professional, knowledgeable and kind. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor who will work hard to sell your property.
