My girlfriend and I have been looking for a house for awhile now and Carol was able to help us with that. We have met Carol at multiple homes and she was very honest, helpful and friendly. She pointed out problems with the homes we looked at and was very informative with all the questions we asked. Very informative and well knowledge to answer all questions and worked hard to figure everything out for me. Made good recommendation for lenders and inspectors to help me out. Whether you are looking for a new home, condo you are rental..Carol Marzo is the only way to go! She has the most unorthox process for helping you find THE right "place" for you! Remember..you are the buyer of the venue ofv YOUR choice and she will not make the final decision for you, so forget asking: what you would do if undecided on your choice...after all it will be your home not hers. Most importantly, you may pick a home to see that she well may have shown to another party. It may be a dive..BUT..she will take you anyway and will use the opportunity to TEACH you what you what you need to look for when buying a new home....the great features, the not so good features, and maybe even show stoppers as that will make you aware and teach you that you are going to have to fix...or flaws that you will need to fix that make you respond: Oh no..we definitely do not want to deal with that!
She teaches you so much toward making the right decision. Buying a home and making the right choice and will bring you much happiness and comfort in the long run in your purchase of a new dwelling place for you and your family!

My realtor, Julie Johnson, was amazing. She contacted me at 9 at night when I first started putting inquiries, and I would not have expected anyone working professionally to do something like that. She worked with me on everything I needed, and gave me an excellent recommendation on who to take my mortgage with, easily saving me a lot of money. You can really tell that she cares about her clients. The concierge team was also very helpful in getting me started on getting my utilities set up. The first step is the hardest one, and Elizabeth Hand got the first step done for me for sure. This is an excellent company with great people working here.

My girlfriend and I worked with Karl Reph and we could not have asked for a better agent. Karl was always available for any questions we had at any time of the day, he never tried to be a salesman and "push" us into buying, but rather advised us to take our time and be sure that we were making the correct decision. I wholly believe that Karl is an outstanding agent whose work ethic and determination to who he is representing speaks for itself. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor Karl Reph is the man for the job he’s helped me and every step of the way through this whole process I will be referring to him and referring him to all of my friends and family. His communication was 100% every little question I asked him, he was able to answer honestly and truthfully best salesman I’ve ever had.

We worked with Alesia Ritter. I can't say enough good about her. She worked with us for almost a year to find the perfect place. She is very pleasant, kind, patient and honest. She responded quickly whenever we found a place that we wanted to see, or if we had any questions. We never felt rushed or pressured. She made the whole experience very easy!!
