From the moment we sat down to discuss the sale of our house, it was clear Trey was going to be our agent. His knowledge of the buying/selling market, statistics, home values in University Place, and surrounding areas backed in writing gave us confidence that we were speaking to an agent who is knowledgeable and did his research. If there was something out of the ordinary we inquired about, he didn't just give us an "off-the-cuff" response, he researched his resources and provided us with cogent, valid answers.

Due to Trey's expertise of the market, and his detailed listings of our house we managed to sell it in two days, despite (at our request), a no "For Sale" sign be placed on our lawn.

We worked with Trey when we bought our house. He was professional, and hard working doesn’t fully describe how hard he worked for us.
Then 8 years later Trey sold the house. The pictures were amazing, all the extras he did made our house sell for over over asking. We moved the TX and he helped us get in contact with agent to buy a house there. He cared for us in WA and in TX, and he will care for you too.

This review will probably sound pretty sappy but it is exactly how I feel about the service that was provided to me.

Trey is an excellent realtor!

He knows the industry at a very deep level and was very empathetic to my circumstances. I sold and bought in the crazy Great Sellers market.

Trey is one of those all around solid individuals. He was always available to answer any questions or to hear my concerns. I was kept informed on the fast paced details on both sides of the market. He never steered me wrong, gave me incorrect information, or painted an unrealistic picture of the future. For 3 weeks, he drove me around looking at houses and educating me on the many differences of said houses. Trey also educated me on the industry while encouraging me to educate myself on various aspects.

In observing other realtors, handling of their clients in my house journey, I was extremely thankful and fortunate to have Trey on my side. With his team, I always felt like I was winning even when I was losing offers. Or when a buyer tried to strong arm me, he stopped them in their tracks. He would also continue working with sale-side realtors negotiating on my behalf.

Trey also has a collection of organizations that he trusts and likes to work with. These folks did a fantastic job staying on top of all the legal needs, which resulted in a smooth sale of my home and a smooth purchase of my new home, once I found it.

As long as Trey is still in the business, I will never go to a different realtor for any home purchases. He has turned me into a Trey Sells Homes Team fan and cheerleader. You might want make sure you consider his team for any property sales/purchases so you can experience the expertise that I was fortunate to experience.
