Angela was introduced to me by a family member so I casually started consulting with her in regards to possibly selling my house in approx. a years time. She created a presentation showing the different homes in the area that were for sale or had recently sold, comparing them to my home. The effort she put into researching the homes and market before we even had a sellers agreement, the information that she brought forward, along with her knowledge and confidence, eliminated the indecisiveness about selling my home of 30 plus years. At the onset, there were some challenges related to the condition of the home that needed attention and I didn’t want to sell As-Is. With her guidance, Angela recommended a set of cost-effective improvements in areas of the house that would benefit most by updating and then recommended resources to perform the work. She was extremely knowledgeable about what current buyers are looking for and trends in interior and exterior esthetics. Additionally, Angela was very hands-on and personally oversaw progress, independent from the contractors. And because I had already relocated out of the area, Angela handled everything with professionalism and care as she selected the colors, materials, and inspected completed work for acceptability; keeping me updated on every detail. Near conclusion, Angela and her Team are the best at what they do. They did an over-the-top job preparing the house to market with staging, photography, website listing, inspections, and showing. So much so, that the home sold within five days after the first and only open house and it yielded more than the asking price. In closing, Angela has an amazing work ethic. She’s honest, forthcoming, realistically positive, a problem solver, professional yet warm. She made the experience of selling my home seem like a team effort, one in which she was just as invested as I was. She seems to possess a true drive to be the best she can be at whatever she is doing, but also has a keen desire to see those she is interacting with happy as well. Her personality is what made this experience a good one and kept it going in the right direction. It is without reservation that I rate Angela and the Franco Team with a 5 STAR rating. I definitely will recommend her to anyone looking for true professional to handle their real estate dealings.

Working with Angela was a delight. Angela, and her team, were very professional and yet sensitive to the personal wishes and feelings of our family. This was an estate sale, mostly managed from afar, and the skills of Angela's team provided us confidence that the repairs, staging and sale, were being handled by very competent people. The team was instrumental in reducing our stress at a time when we needed to focus on the family.

Words can't describe how grateful we are to have had Angela Franco handle the sale of our family home. Angela took on the trust sale and made the process seamless. The process included coordinating and assisting with the clean up, handling the staging, ensuring all the documentation was in place and also acknowledging our emotional attachment. All of her recommendations proved to be "spot on".

Angela is a very skilled, responsive, thoughtful agent and a pleasure to work with. With her advice and guidance, I sold my parents' home in Union City. She recommended a set of cost-effective improvements that, with her staging, showed the property to advantage. She selected the materials and oversaw the work - I was able to be away on vacation while the transformation occurred. Her marketing was polished, producing attractive web content, photos, handouts and video. Angela demonstrated strong sales skills and good strategic thinking. Because of timing and the pool on the property, the sale took time. She persevered with Open Houses, didn't pressure me to accept a low price, and continued to assert the value of the features of the house. Her experience, insight and judgment were invaluable. I am very satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend Angela.

Simply stated, Angela is the best at what she
does. Knowledgeable, hardworking and
compassionate are just some of the traits that
best describe her. We wanted to sell our current
house and simultaneously buy our dream home.
Her extensive knowledge of the intricacies of this
type of transaction allowed this to happen
without any issues. She tirelessly managed the
refurbish and sale of our old house at an
accelerated schedule, which then allowed us to
buy the house of our dreams. She was always
available to answer our questions and her
attention to detail was very reassuring when

We met Angela in one of her open houses where
she was representing seller and after talking with
her we knew that we would her as our buying
agent. She was very knowledgeable, thorough
and seemed to understand our needs very
quickly. Her knowledge about current market, her
negotiation skills are really excellent.
We were nervous at some points during the
process as we were first-time buyers but she
always motivated us at the same time not being
too pushy if we were not comfortable about
something. She guided us throughout the
process reg. offer price, area value and she also
has a very strong network of finance agents,
contractors, and movers. Even during home
inspections, she was there and asked home guard
guys to add few points in the inspection report
that they had missed. She made our first time home experience really
memorable. We have already told all our friends
and family to work with her no matter if you are
buying or selling the house. She is the best!!

I completely lucked out when I contracted with Angela to sell my brother's home. He had passed away suddenly and I was a mess, not knowing which way to turn. Angela was a heaven-sent 'angel' (hence, her name maybe?) who went way above and beyond helping me through the process yet allowing me space and time to grieve. She was highly professional, yet very empathetic and stepped up to do things when I was overwhelmed. And everyone she contracted with to help, from remodeling to staging, were stellar as well, all resulting in us getting a selling price higher than our expectations. I am beyond "highly likely" to recommend Angela - I already have.

Angela is great to work with throughout the selling process. I brought my first home and Angela represented me as a buyer. When I decided to sell my home, I looked for other realtors in the area and found that she has more patience, responsiveness and more importantly easy to work with. I had a feel good factor when I went back my memory lane and recollected all of the good experiences during my first time home buying process.
