While looking for an historic investment property to rehab back to its glory in the summer
of 2013, not only did we find a 1926 English cottage to work on, we also found Brandon
who had listed the property. He did a fabulous job not only with working us as the buyers but also as the sellers agent too. That is a difficult act to juggle but he did it very well. My husband and I have restored 6 houses over the years in the Willamette Valley
and found Brandon to be our best agent who was prompt in getting back
to us, solved problems along the way, patient with a difficult seller at times and did
