I can’t say enough how blessed we were to find Carmen. There is no other realtor that could compare or that could even go above and beyond what she did. She actively communicated with us weekly, explained all of the circumstances regarding the sale of our house (she is extremely knowledgeable about real estate) . She communicated with us as a friend when we needed it and gave us hope. She with her husband (Kevin who is a contractor)both helped in small repairs and cleaning to assure the house would pass inspections and show well. She regularly checked in on the house during the winter months to assure its safety (as we were 2 hours south). Carmen was the best, she took her time with us as we relocated from southern Maine to northern Maine, Carmen worked very hard, helping us pick the right house for us, she even went out and look at homes for us even when we weren't able to make the trip she used every asset to her disposal, text, phone, pitures, videos, and even live video. Carmen is a true agent and would recommend very highly and we would use her again..

Carmen was extremely helpful in providing me with local contacts to do work on a house I had purchased in Houlton. She met a number of contractors at the house and invested a lot of her time in my project.
