Carmen did a wonderful job listing our company's residence that we purchased while doing construction in the Calais area. She captured all of the essence of the property and described the resources that the property had to offer. Carmen's a great communicator; making sure that she kept all of the processes aligned; made sure that I was informed of my rights as a seller and made extremely good recommendations on how to proceed with the sale of this property. Brian was GREAT to work with from my initial contact to our closing date! I saw a listing and Brian was a tremendous help in pursuing it. Besides walking the property with me in the pouring rain, without an umbrella, he was patient, provided great insight, offered good advice. Brian was amazing in communicating and following up. My offer was accepted six days after it went on the market. I know if it was not for Brian's genuine interest, professionalism, and help, there was no way I would have been ready to make an offer so soon and probably would have lost out on this opportunity.
