I have been in the real estate field for the past 18 years in Connecticut. 7 years as an agent and then 11 years as a real estate broker. I retired in 2025 and moved up to Northern Maine which I had wanted to do for 7 years. In addition, I have been investing and flipping properties in Connecticut for over 11 years under my business at SanfordRei.com. When I arrived up here to essentially start fresh with needing a whole new set of contractors I could use and a new real estate agent that I could count on. At that time, and not knowing Brittany yet, I hired a very seasoned, well known agent who listed my 1st flip and sat on it for 2 months not actively "working the file". I parted ways and went looking for someone that was relentless, smart, loyal, hard working, competent, responsive and friendly. These are all of the things I was as an agent and broker and did not think I could find anyone up here in Maine that could even be half that. Well I found "Britt" and she is all of that and More! She not only encompasses all of those things but she ALSO has rehab knowledge and an eye like an investor or flipper! Add to it something I value coming from the Tri-State area of NY/NJ/CT, she won't sugarcoat things! With me, she knows she can "unleash" without a filter but do not think for a moment, that she cannot be professional with others when it calls for it. In 7 years coming up here, I have dealt with many agents and for the most part, they were all very nice BUT they lacked many of those attributes I listed above, especially competency. The only reason I did not want to do this recommendation was that, in time, everybody will want Brittany as their agent and I honestly do not want to share her greatness with anybody! lol Here is the best thing! She is still young and will only get better - which is incredible! By the way, after 2 months of my house sitting on the market going stale because the prior Broker never worked it, Britt had it under contract in 8 days!!! If you are a homeowner or investor in the Aroostook County area, you would be foolish, not to call her. 5 STARS!

Like all of this wasn't amazing enough, Brittany stood by me when I was about to give up. She was calm, patient, caring, and she went out of her way to give me hope and encouragement to not give up.

When I finally made the big move to Caribou, she was beyond exceptional helping me in ways that she did not have to do to get me into my home. She went above and beyond to make my dream happen. She never gave up, and she didn't let me give up. She was just spectacular.
