Brian was GREAT to work with from my initial contact to our closing date! I saw a listing and Brian was a tremendous help in pursuing it. Besides walking the property with me in the pouring rain, without an umbrella, he was patient, provided great insight, offered good advice. Brian was amazing in communicating and following up. My offer was accepted six days after it went on the market. I know if it was not for Brian's genuine interest, professionalism, and help, there was no way I would have been ready to make an offer so soon and probably would have lost out on this opportunity.
