I have been looking for a home for about a year working with several different agents. Can't lie I was disappointed with with all of them until I met Tracy. They all over promise and under deliver, I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. Tracy changed all of that. She seemed genuinely interested in helping me and I really appreciated thart. She literally took the time to understand what I needed and the unique situation that I was in. Within my first contact with Tracy I purchased a home in 2 weeks. And was able to close 3 weeks later. I can't emphasize enough her attention to detail and genuine desire to help me. Tracy has gone above and beyond during the purchasing process in post. I had the fortunate pleasure of working with Tracy as both a buyer and a seller. She is very straight forward about the homes she is selling. No fluff here which is exactly what I wanted. She is honest about the good and bad of a home which is so refreshing. She doesn’t hide anything. She’s down to earth and very easy to talk with and to get a hold of. If she doesn’t know the answer she will get it and tell you. There is no air about her she is very true to herself and you. I would highly recommend Tracy whether you are selling or looking to buy.
