Tracy was recommended to us by Veterans Home Loans. She is totally amazing, she had my husband totally engaged in house hunting (for the fist time ever!) and knew exactly what he was looking for (almost instinctively). I have dealt with many real estate sales people and some will take the listing and sit on it and some people will do what Tracey did and work it to his full extent. She got the maximum amount of money. She was in constant communication. Anything we needed done out of the ordinary electrician plumber she was on it. She is by far the best real estate sales person I’ve run into and I’ve used many. You just won’t go wrong dealing with Tracey. She’s honest and dependable and you canput your full trust in her to get the job done.

When I first met Tracy I wasn't looking for a realtor, but I realized within minutes she was someone who could be trusted. Later, when I needed a realtor, I contacted her to help me with the details. She showed me a listing I was familiar with but had passed on it because it was over my budget and the listing sounded a bit "sketchy". Within days she showed me the house, negotiated a good deal for me and the seller, and a couple weeks later we closed.
I doubt you could find a better realtor to work with and I highly recommend her.
