After my wife got a job out of state, we had to quickly sell our house. The market was hot, but we had no idea what we were doing, and the house was not really ready.

Luckily for us, we had Laura in the driver’s seat! She helped us find the contractors we needed to get some stuff done, helped guide us on what needed fixing and what did not, provided early insight into inspection issues, and generally made the entire process as stress-free as possible. No small feat, considering our warp-speed-ahead target date and last-minute listing.
