Mrs Herrera is amazing definitely one in a million he expertise and kindness brought my application to the finish line, although it had its challenges Mrs Herrara went above and beyond putting in alot of effort and time was very resilient and clearly made things happen with ease. I could not believe and i am still in shocked in waking up every morning in my new home. I couldn't be any happier. First time i met Mrs Herrara she took me on a tour which lasted hours all over jacksonville and the surrounding area near the interested home, went for a walk on a beach, ate lunch at the Loop restaurant in St Augustine, met her husband and her dog, got a good personal feeling of who she is and i must say shes very lovely. The day was perfect and when she took me to my appointment to see the home for the first time i was very pleased and excited for us to move in. She fought tooth and nail in not only helping us back home in PA where we was waiting to close on a house we have sold. Meeting her was more than a transaction i can say with honesty that i had made a friend. I started working w/ Jeni on the sale of my home earlier this year, and it's an understatement to say that Jeni has been phenomenal.
We had to do some upgrades to the house and Jeni was on top of finding the right vendors, getting the job done quickly and thoroughly. As we neared the sale, she even took on tasks that ideally the buyers agent would be responsible for to get the deal done.
