I bought a home in Bradenton, Florida in three weeks with a bank loan, immediately after hurricane Ian. I had just moved from Minnesota and did not know much about the Real Estate market or procedures in Florida. Luckily, George Raju was my Buyer Agent. The Purchase Contract was signed just one day before the hurricane made landfall in Florida and still, the actual Closing was done three days ahead of the agreed Closing date. But believe me, as a Physician, I did not have time to complete any of the home-buying process in real-time. I am so grateful that George Raju did everything for me. He advised me and appraised me at each step. He followed up on everything, including pushing the bank loan approval and also the transfer of the Seller’s loan for the roof-top Solar panel.
