This summer I had some amazing clients who were considering moving to several places once we sold their Mississippi home. We got the Mississippi home under contract and they visited a few top choices, but nothing felt right.
They were discouraged and worried they wouldn't find a new home in time. They called me late one evening from Augusta, GA and said they knew it was late, but was there any chance I knew someone that might be willing to work with them the next day? They thought Augusta, GA or Aiken, SC might be the place.
After reading through reviews and backgrounds online, I called Stephanie. I needed someone amazing, who was also licensed in both states, and I knew I was asking a lot with a late evening call and needing help the very next day.

I have been working w next home realty for nearly 2 years trying to find a home in aiken. I currently live in Massachusetts and have had to look at homes using virtual tools or face timing. The interest rate hikes really slowed down the entire process but we decided to bite the bullet and try to get something done this year. Stephanie Menard is our current agent and she met w my son who lives in aiken to do the facetime yours w us. Once we had an offer accepted Stephanie worked diligently to make sure any concerns of ours were addressed to help offset costs of some necessary repairs. She set up all inspections and worked w our bank to give them the info they needed in regards to the contract agreements. Stephanie did an amazing job assisting me with my first home-buying experience. She accommodated me throughout an entire weekend-long visit, assembled a customized list of homes to visit in my price range (and considering my ever-developing personal likes an dislikes) and then held my hand throughout the entire process, from inspection to close. This included rushing to my defense after a last-minute financing decision nearly caused my home ownership to go up in smoke, and saving the day. With her industry knowledge and network of professionals, Stephanie did all of the heavy lifting in getting us the information we needed to make an informed decision. From the very beginning Stephanie was prompt, flexible, and incredibly knowledgeable. As a first time homebuyer, my husband and I didn’t know where to start and Stephanie stepped in and helped us every step of the way. If you are looking for a realtor who is efficient, prompt on communication responses and easy to work with, I would highly recommend Stephanie. She took us to see many listings and would point out issues she saw in the houses, which was very helpful to us. She is very low pressure. During the process of building our house and closing, she was efficient and handled any issues that can up competently. She is a delight to work with.

Stephanie was amazing. My husband received short orders to move to Georgia from Washington and had 45 days to find a house and do a full DITY move. Stephanie worked on a 3 hour time difference, showed us everything we wanted to see virtually, and even helped us set up our utilities. The home inspector she recommended was very through. Because of her recommendations, diligence, and willingness to go to bat for us, our first time homebuying experience was blissful. The military forced us to buy a home sight-unseen, but Stephanie made the terror of doing such a thing easy and less stressful.
