I don’t know where to start! Buying a home is not an an easy process but having someone like Jacquetta on your side made it so much easier any questions that were asked was, were answered right away she also gives you opportunities that a lot of agents gate keep from clients in order to get you the best options to go with by the end of process you’ll realize she’s more than just an agent she becomes part of your family I highly recommend her to anyone when becoming a homeowner!!!

I’m new to the area so he first showed me some housing locations around and gave insight to what new is being brought around Aiken and Graniteville. Once he knew what was important to me we narrowed down the search and went from there. All in all it was a good experience and he was patient through it all, I ended up getting something way better than I initially wanted for a better price

Tara was easy to work with and knowledgeable; quickly responded to all our questions and concerns; directed us who to contact about septic permit/approval; set up home and pest inspections and attended the closing. When selling in the future we will be use Tara Maddox as our realtor.

Eric offered to help find me a home of my own and 2 weeks later we were viewing houses. I was amazed at how easy the entire process was. He put me in contact with a mortgage lender, I got pre-approved and we started looking. Two months later I am a home owner. I enjoyed this crazy process so much because of Eric's help and guidance.
