If you are looking to buy or sell a home, Jeremy is who you want working for you! He was open about what he saw in all of the houses we looked at. He recommended an inspection company and helped find a company come out to quote on a repair that would be needed. Our house went on the market on a Thursday with showings starting the next day. By that Sunday, we had several offers to choose from and Jeremy talked with us about the good and bad in each offer.

Whether you're buying a house or selling one you will not find a better agent than Jeremy Thibault to represent your interests. Jeremy is a true professional who knows the business inside and out. I never though that selling my house would be such an easy task but it was Jeremy and not me that did all of the work. Everything about the sale proceeded like clockwork. I was never in doubt about a single aspect of the process. Jeremy kept me up to date on everything and I never had trouble reaching him by phone. After the closing, which proceeded without a hitch, I received a utility bill from the township. I called Jeremy and he resoled the matter immediately. I give Jeremy five stars but he probably deserves six.
