Daniel Trevino was matched to us through our lender and boy did we hit the jackpot. From day one Daniel showed us that he has the experience to guide you through any situation up to the biggest of deals but more than that he made us feel like we were his only client. He answered every phone call (I never had to leave a message) and answered all of our questions with expertise and compassion. Daniel explained each and every step along the process and calmed our nerves when issues came up. From start to finish we felt safe and in good hands with Daniel Trevino as our real estate agent.

I met Daniel through my mother and after seeing how well he took care of her and the transaction I decided to use Daniel for my own sale transaction. It was the best move I ever made. I put my condo up for sale in a down market and he hung in there until we got a really great buyer and most recently closed escrow. Daniel is a true professional as well as being kind and attentive throughout the whole process.

Daniel did an exceptional job! This was our first time purchasing a home and our experience was amazing! From the beginning, he was always there to answer our questions and gave us the best advice and recommendations at what to look for when searching for a home. He explained the entire process to us as to what to expect from start to finish. Every home we requested to see, he made sure that it was available for us to walk through. Always keeping us in mind and helping us to get the best deal. Great attitude, very positive and professional! Would love to have him help us in future home purchases or sales! Daniel did an absolute amazing job. We are from out of state, so we knew it would be a challenge to find a house, site unseen. Daniel made it all seem easy. He did FaceTime showings, gave us his real opinions about the properties, and was so patient with all of our questions. Daniel definitely went above and beyond and helped us pick out the home of our dreams. Even after everything was done and sold, he continued to help us with the move. We are so thankful.

Daniel Trevino is awesome! He is was very helpful with our home selling experience. It went so smoothly. We are returning customers with Daniel. Daniel is very knowledgeable with the area and the business.

Daniel is also easy to talk to and easy to get in contact, if we ever had a question or issue during the whole home selling process. Overall, he is just a genuine person.

We will definitely refer a friend to Daniel and use him again for our next home buying/selling experience.

Daniel helped us find the right house! He directed us to the communities that would give us the features we wanted and was there through the whole process! It got a little rough towards closing but he was there all the way to get all the loose ends wrapped up! Highly recommend him!

Mr. Trevino sold our condo and worked very hard to get us top dollar! This in turn helped us tremendously with our next purchase as Daniel also represented us. Daniel is not pushy but rather respectful of us as his clients and our specific needs. He was always available to talk with us know matter what time of day and even on the weekends (Sunday night @8PM). All of his recommendations were correct and spot on which shows his knowledge and skill in his profession. I would highly recommend Mr. Trevino to anyone of my friends or family and he made the process seem so easy it made us consider real estate after we retire from state service.

Daniel Trevino is a very good realtor. He listed our home, had a photo/video person come in and did a terrific presentation of our home. He kept us up to date on what was going on with the open house showings and the eventual sale of the home. Because we had moved out of state any problems that came up with the home inspection he had someone take care of the problem. Once the house sold he would email us any documents we needed to sign. We can highly recommend Daniel as a realtor, neighbor & friend. He Is just an all around great guy

Daniel could not have been more helpful and patient in our home buying process. We had a lot of things that we wanted in a home and he helped us check all of the boxes. He also helped us sell our home when we decided to move out of state. We could not recommend anyone more than Daniel if you are looking for a great realtor.
