I hired Sylvia to represent me in selling a home with multiple problems (leaky roof, mold, termites, faulty plumbing). Sylvia tackled all of these issues with a very positive attitude and creative thinking in coming up with a marketing plan to sell the home. She is a diligent worker, holding several open houses, and was very patient in dealing with buyers and their agents. Throughout the entire process, she was very easy to work with and communicated very clearly and quickly with me. She was incredibly responsive. The home was sold surprisingly quick, given its condition, and she was spot on with her valuation of the home. I would give her 10 stars out of five and would use her again in a heartbeat. They don't come any better. Sylvia hung in there for a year in the poor real-estate sales climate doing everything possible to make the sale happen. Actually sold my house twice. First sale failed escrow. Held open houses almost weekly for a year. She never gives up. Cudos to her.

I'd give him a million gold stars if I could. Daniel showed early on that he truly cares about his clients. It took us making offers on two properties before we found the right one. (the other two fell out of escrow because on the first, the sellers agents were unethical and told the sellers lies about us and didn't want to work with us because we were using a VA loan and would not negotiate on price; the second fell through because the home inspector found 23 pages of problems and the seller refused to fix any of them nor lower the price so that we could.) On the third house, which we purchased, Daniel negotiated the best deal we could have hoped for. Through all the changes and irritations, Daniel never lost his sense of humor, was always our patient and kind advocate, and we now consider him to be part of our family. If you want the best darn realtor in the Palm Springs area, choose Daniel because he will get you the best results in your home buying experience. Your happiness is his only goal because he knows a home is one of the largest purchases you'll ever make.
