I hired Sylvia to represent me in selling a home with multiple problems (leaky roof, mold, termites, faulty plumbing). Sylvia tackled all of these issues with a very positive attitude and creative thinking in coming up with a marketing plan to sell the home. She is a diligent worker, holding several open houses, and was very patient in dealing with buyers and their agents. Throughout the entire process, she was very easy to work with and communicated very clearly and quickly with me. She was incredibly responsive. The home was sold surprisingly quick, given its condition, and she was spot on with her valuation of the home. I would give her 10 stars out of five and would use her again in a heartbeat. They don't come any better. Sylvia hung in there for a year in the poor real-estate sales climate doing everything possible to make the sale happen. Actually sold my house twice. First sale failed escrow. Held open houses almost weekly for a year. She never gives up. Cudos to her.

SYLVIA TOOK ON THE DIFFICULT TASK OF SELLING MY HOME IN JOSHUA TREE IN A DEAD MARKET ATTMOSPHERE. SHE HELD CONSISTANT OPEN HOUSES IN TIMES WHEN NO INTEREST WAS SHOWN. AS A SELLER, I WAS HOPING TO GET LAST YEARS PRICE FOR MY HOME, BUT THAT JUST WASN'T GOING TO HAPPEN. I BELIEVE WE SOLD THE HOUSE AT A FAIR PRICE.
