Jason went above and beyond my expectations. I wanted to sell my house and buy a different one because I was moving due to work. Not only did he negotiated the best deals for me in both sell and buy but he also simplified the whole process. He was great at communicating which is a big deal for me. I was able to breathe and understand everything that was happening. Highly recommend his services.

OMG! Best Agent & crew! Jason did such an AMAZING JOB! Omg i cannot explain how he went beyond and above to help me sale my home. I’m so grateful for him and his team! All the last minute help I needed to get out of my old home to my new home OMG! So amazing! They really did do a magnificent job to keep me from worrying about the transitioning from one home to the next. WOW!I just don’t think it would have went as smooth as it did being if it was with another team. Thank you so much for doing such an Amazing job on everything, my children and I are very grateful.

Jason did a fabulous job with the sale of my house. Not only did he get me what I’d hoped for in terms of $$$, but he was professional and kind. When I was stressed and there were a few occasions as I had never sold a home before, he reassured me much of what we were dealing with was normal.

When preparing my home for sale, there was a miscommunication with the gardener who said he was cleaning up the plants. What he did was remove beautiful flowering plants I’d cultivated over the years. These were mature, hearty plants that proved to survive our heat and cold temps. I was so upset that I had to replant everything.

Jason and his team came out and helped me. It was well beyond the scope of his job description, but I think he could hear the desperation and frustration in my voice as we neared our open house date. They showed up when they did not have to.

Ultimately this was a very good experience. My house was essentially sold the same day it listed. I was very impressed with his time, attention to detail, letting repair folks in and out. It was such a good experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jason for all of your real estate needs. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Jason! You exceeded my expectations.

I can’t speak highly enough of Jason as a real estate agent and a professional. If you are in the market for a new home, you need to call Jason. He really works with his clients to make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process and that is something that I can’t say for most of the realtors that I have worked with.
