Prem helped my wife and I sell our house. He had helped us buy our first house and knew we could trust him completely. As always he was on top of things and always available on call and text. He has tons of experience that you can leverage and is flexible to work with your needs and goals such as timing, etc. The real estate market then was very unpredictable and with his guidance we were able to plan when we could start the selling process.

He has a great network of contractors for different aspects of selling such as staging, marketing, contractors, inspectors, and escrow agencies. Our stager was his recommendation and they did a great job at a great price. His marketing team also did a good job and we received a lot of interest for the house both through private visits as well as through the open house. Finally he helped us negotiate a deal that we thought was only aspirational when we started.

My experience with Trizia Magagnini as my Realtor, was amazing! This was a probate sale, it took nearly 3 years and it was complicated to say the least. Throughout the process Trizia was available to me for every step of the process. When I had a question, problem or concern, I could call Trizia for an answer, a solution or game-plan. She worked tirelessly with our partners (my attorney, the title company, my insurance agent, etc.) to make sure each milestone in the process was reached in a timely manner. We first met Prem back in 2018 as a notary public.
My husband and I quickly felt at ease and formed a great rapport simply because how genuine and welcoming he is.
During this time, we have shared with Prem that we were in the market of buying a house.
We later on discovered that he’s actually a Real Estate agent through Intero and offered his help when the time comes without being pushy (coincidence or was it meant to be? Hahaha!).

Fast forward to 2019, my husband and I were finally ready to buy a house.
We didn’t hesitate reaching out to Prem because we know we’ll be in good hands.
As suspected, Pre did not disappoint and found us our “ideal home” at prime location in Elk Grove.

Just as he did with our Elk Grove property, he was able to find us our new home in Folsom and helped us SOLD our Elk Grove property in just less than 3 weeks from when it was posted.
Yet another successful and smooth transaction indeed!

Prem has demonstrated such strong work ethic, knowledge, integrity and honesty in his profession.
Our family is beyond grateful for the time he spent walking us through the process from start to finish.
