I would like to thank Jess Shearer for her hard work in getting us into our new house. She was active in searching for the perfect place and very quick to get us in to see potential properties. I honestly don't think we would be in our new place if it wasn't for her. We had our offer accepted within 12 hours of the property being listed and there were already other offers ahead of ours. I also appreciate the help we got in dealing with the lenders, inspectors and the title company. Jess was there for us every step of the way.
