He knows everything to do with the roof down to the sewer so he won’t let you get stuck buying a lemon. John is very patient, we looked at houses for months and months before we found the right one. When I decided that I was ready to retire I contacted John. Right away he had photos done at the shop and we gathered all the necessary information on the business.
